Samsung Electronics unveiled its latest lineup of foldable smartphones in the United Kingdom, introducing the Galaxy Z Fold8, Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, and Galaxy Z Flip8. According to the official announcement, the new lineup expands the company's foldable offerings to a broader audience by providing three distinct user experiences focused on productivity, content discovery, and self-expression.

The flagship Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra introduces an eight-inch main display alongside a slimmest profile measuring four point one millimeters when unfolded. The device features a two-hundred megapixel primary camera system, a five-thousand milliampere-hour battery, and a dual-path charging architecture. Meanwhile, the lightweight Galaxy Z Fold8 incorporates a new Flex Titanium display structure to enhance durability while offering adaptable display ratios for reading and media consumption.

Designed for quick interactions on the go, the Galaxy Z Flip8 features a reimagined AI-native FlexWindow and a lightweight design weighing one hundred eighty grams. The device incorporates hands-free FlexCam capabilities, a fifty megapixel camera with a ProVisual Engine, and streamlined automation features accessible through side-key activation or natural voice commands.

Chief Executive Officer TM Roh stated that as artificial intelligence becomes more agentic, mobile devices will serve as the most personal entry point adapting to individual users. He noted that setting a new standard for foldables advances the premium mobile experience and expands intelligence to more people.

The company confirmed that all three devices are available for pre-order in select markets in multiple color options. The lineup integrates enhanced security through Samsung Knox, privacy alerts, and a centralized dashboard for managing artificial intelligence automations.
